This policy explains what information RaidLead collects, why, and how it's used. RaidLead is a guild management tool for World of Warcraft raid teams and does not sell your data or run advertising.
| Data | Source | Why |
|---|---|---|
| BattleTag & Battle.net account ID | Battle.net OAuth login | Identify your account and match you to a character on your guild's roster |
| Guild roster & character info (names, class, role) | Blizzard API / guild-provided spreadsheet | Display and manage your guild's roster |
| Raid performance data | Warcraft Logs (public API) | Show parse percentiles and raid performance scores |
| Discord user ID & username | Discord OAuth (if you use /link) | Link your Discord account to your character for attendance commands |
| Discord server ID | Discord bot install / manual entry | Route slash commands to the correct guild |
| Attendance marks & raid plans | Entered in the app or via Discord commands | Track raid attendance and build raid rosters |
RaidLead never receives or stores your Battle.net or Discord password.
Guild data (roster, attendance, raid plans, cached scores) is stored in a hosted database (Supabase) and retained for as long as your guild uses the Service. Sign-in is maintained with a signed session cookie — RaidLead does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Your character and attendance data is visible to other members of your own guild within the app, consistent with how a guild roster and attendance sheet normally work. Guild officers can see and manage roster, attendance, and raid plan data for their guild. RaidLead staff do not access guild data except as needed to fix a bug or respond to a support request.
If your guild adds the RaidLead Discord bot to a server, the bot reads the minimum information needed to respond to its slash commands (e.g. the Discord server ID and the command invoker's Discord user ID) and does not read message content outside of its own commands.
Data is retained while your guild remains configured in RaidLead. A guild owner can remove members or disconnect Discord/Warcraft Logs at any time from guild settings. To request deletion of your account or your guild's data entirely, contact us using the email below.
RaidLead relies on Battle.net/Blizzard, Discord, and Warcraft Logs to function. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own privacy policies.
This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above.
