Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 6, 2026

This policy explains what information RaidLead collects, why, and how it's used. RaidLead is a guild management tool for World of Warcraft raid teams and does not sell your data or run advertising.

How Data Is Stored

Guild data (roster, attendance, raid plans, cached scores) is stored in a hosted database (Supabase) and retained for as long as your guild uses the Service. Sign-in is maintained with a signed session cookie — RaidLead does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Who Can See Your Data

Your character and attendance data is visible to other members of your own guild within the app, consistent with how a guild roster and attendance sheet normally work. Guild officers can see and manage roster, attendance, and raid plan data for their guild. RaidLead staff do not access guild data except as needed to fix a bug or respond to a support request.

Discord Bot

If your guild adds the RaidLead Discord bot to a server, the bot reads the minimum information needed to respond to its slash commands (e.g. the Discord server ID and the command invoker's Discord user ID) and does not read message content outside of its own commands.

Data Retention & Deletion

Data is retained while your guild remains configured in RaidLead. A guild owner can remove members or disconnect Discord/Warcraft Logs at any time from guild settings. To request deletion of your account or your guild's data entirely, contact us using the email below.

Third-Party Services

RaidLead relies on Battle.net/Blizzard, Discord, and Warcraft Logs to function. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own privacy policies.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above.
