RaidLead ("the Service") is a guild management dashboard for World of Warcraft raid teams, covering roster management, raid attendance, raid planning, and performance-score tracking via Warcraft Logs. By signing in with Battle.net, adding the RaidLead Discord bot to a server, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms.
RaidLead reads guild and character information from the Blizzard Battle.net API and/or a guild-provided spreadsheet, and raid performance data from Warcraft Logs, to help guild officers organize rosters, attendance, and raid plans. An optional Discord bot integration provides slash commands (such as /attendance and /link) for members to interact with their guild's data from Discord.
Guild officers are responsible for the accuracy of data they connect to RaidLead (spreadsheet URLs, Warcraft Logs URLs, Discord server links) and for who they grant access to within their guild. RaidLead is not responsible for disputes between guild members regarding attendance records, roster decisions, or raid plans generated using the Service.
If a guild connects the RaidLead Discord bot to a server, the bot will respond to its supported slash commands within that server and may post messages related to attendance and raid planning. Removing the bot from a Discord server, or disconnecting Discord in guild settings, stops this integration.
You agree not to use the Service to interfere with its normal operation, attempt to access another guild's data without authorization, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Service depends on third-party platforms — Battle.net/Blizzard, Discord, and Warcraft Logs — that RaidLead does not control. RaidLead is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment, Discord Inc., or Warcraft Logs, and outages or changes to those services can affect the Service's availability or features.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. RaidLead does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy of data pulled from third-party sources.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RaidLead and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of guild data, attendance records, or raid plans.
You may stop using the Service at any time. RaidLead may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account or guild that violates these terms.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above.
Questions about these terms can be sent to raidleadapp@gmail.com.
